Handset Return

To return a faulty handset follow the process below

Step 1	Read our returns policy.
Step 2	Carry out the basic tests as described on the returns form.
Step 3	Request a returns number by completing and submitting the DECT returns form or a WiFi returns form.
Step 4	Only on receipt of the returns number should you send the handset to the address provided.
